Between the recent snowfall that inspired cozy escapes to the great indoors, and the celebration of Cupid’s arrow piercing our collective sappy hearts, February has been a month of closeness, comfort, and l-o-v-e. At Bateau, we’ve celebrated this romantic time with decadent dishes that speak to the nourishment we all need a little bit more of this time of year. From a special Valentine’s Day menu (which we plan to keep around just a little bit longer), to the promise of Bateau staples like Renee’s kale gratin, Boat Street bread pudding, and buttery mashed potatoes, the kitchen has been serving food that just kind of holds you.

Come in soon to try the French Onion Crepes with caramelized onion, comté cheese, and a confit of unctuous beef neck. Or, ask your server to have the kitchen shave black Périgord truffles over your steak with bone marrow butter. However you choose to dine, we look so forward to having you.
