Frites & Fermented Apple Ketchup

Serves 2-3

Reheating instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Carefully unwrap your frozen frites. Smooth out the parchment paper they’re wrapped in over a baking sheet. (They won’t stick to the sheet if you use parchment). Lay the frites out in a single layer.

3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crisp and warmed.

4. Season with salt to taste. Serve family-style from your favorite serving bowl.
