Between our recent Beef and Burgundy Dinner, prepping for the Sea Creatures Art Show, weekly foraging expeditions, and the daily ins and outs of restaurant life, we’ve been keeping pretty busy at Bateau.
This week our steak board features three different farms that are all dedicated to grass-fed and finished cows, and our list of specials is positively overflowing with beautiful, seasonal fare. Purple sprouted broccoli anyone?
